At Style Siren, we’re committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order confirmation. Processing begins after your order confirmation email is sent.
During peak times (such as holidays, sales events, or restocks), processing times may be extended. We will notify you in the event of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
We proudly offer FREE standard shipping across the United States — no minimum purchase required.
Estimated delivery time:
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 25 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. External factors such as weather, postal delays, or carrier constraints may affect actual delivery timeframes.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
A valid physical address must be provided at checkout. If an ineligible address is entered, we will reach out for an alternative. This may delay your order.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but is missing, contact us at info@stylesiren.fun within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate and, at our discretion, may issue a replacement or store credit.
For delayed deliveries exceeding 40 business days from the shipment date, please reach out so we can assist. In cases of significant delay, we may issue store credit or a discount on your next order as a goodwill gesture.
5. Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@stylesiren.fun with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We may issue a replacement or store credit based on our assessment.
6. Address Accuracy & Changes
Once submitted, orders cannot be modified. Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer:
- The order will be canceled
- A refund will be issued for the item(s), minus shipping and handling fees
- We do not reship returned packages
7. External Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Weather disruptions
- Customs or carrier issues
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
