At Style Siren, we are committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA. Please review our shipping policy below for important details about processing and delivery times.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Processing time begins after you receive your order confirmation email. Please note that during peak periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing times may be slightly longer, but we will keep you informed of any delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 25 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note that delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays. While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
3. Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
Please note we do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
For the best delivery experience, please ensure that you provide a valid physical address at checkout. If a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address is entered at checkout, we will contact you to request an alternate address, which may delay your order.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will work with you to resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us at [info@stylesiren.fun] within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to locate the package and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Delayed Packages: If your order has not arrived within 40 business days from the shipment date, please reach out to us, and we will help investigate the delay. If the delay is significant, we may offer store credit or a discount on your next purchase as a goodwill gesture.
5. Damaged Items
We take great care in packing your order, but if your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Simply email [info@stylesiren.fun] with your order number and photos of the damaged items, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6. Address Changes
Once an order is placed, no changes can be made to the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order to ensure accuracy.
7. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will not reship the package. The order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued for the item(s) purchased, minus any shipping and handling fees. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before placing your order to avoid any delays or cancellations.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier-related delays may occasionally affect the timing of your shipment. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues that arise.
